'Maggie'

Maggie combines distinguished American Champion lineage with elite European Sieger heritage, creating a balanced blend of beauty, trainability, and versatility. Her pedigree includes internationally recognized German Sieger dogs such as 2X VA1 BSZS (2008, 2009) Vegas du Haut Mansard (SchH3, KKL1) and VA2 Iliano vom Fichtenschlag (SchH3, RCI3, KKL1) on her dam's side, alongside accomplished American show champions including GCH CH Mar Haven's Deal Me In V Solitaire, GCH CH Regency's Ya Gotta Know When To Hold 'Em, and GCH CH Faithrock Caralon Good Vibrations, CD, RN on her sire's side. Together, these bloodlines represent generations of dogs recognized for their structure, temperament, trainability, and performance.
Beyond her impressive balanced pedigree, Maggie is our most affectionate dog. She has a natural talent for rat hunting while showing the self-control to coexist peacefully with our chickens. She loves water in all its forms (except the bath), hard-boiled eggs, and convincing unsuspecting guests to share their bacon. Highly attentive and people-oriented, she thrives on companionship and a relaxed exercise routine. Equally capable as a watchful guardian and a warm-hearted greeter, Maggie is an absolute joy to have in our family.
'Oddie'
AKA Odin Woodrow
Oddie is named after his parents and Woodrow Call in the book Lonesome Dove (our family's favorite). He loves car and truck rides, being a running partner, and carrots. Altered in 2021 he is best friends with his 'boy' Mikey and Maggie. He is guardian of his home and property and enjoys startling delivery drivers before he asks to be pet. He currently resides with his 'boy' in their conversion tour bus while he is attending Oregon State University.
'Sugar Bear'
2007-2023
Sugar Bear was no ordinary miniature Dachshund; she radiated love to all she met with no distinguishing friend from foe. We welcomed her into our family at the age of 9, already a senior dog, but she cherished car rides and embraced everyone as her own. Her only request was a lift if you didn't oblige, she would bark at you until you did.
This year, at nearly 17 years old, she journeyed over the Rainbow Bridge due to spleen cancer. She leaves behind an enduring legacy of love that will forever warm our hearts."
